Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’

Hello,

I have two different sites both of them hosted on my ixwebhosting server.  Both of the sites had been up and running.  I went to log into the admin panel and received the error:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /hsphere/local/home/chance/pixiebear.com/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 3271

and the same on the other site:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING, expecting ‘,’ or ‘;’ in /hsphere/local/home/chance/woodstartea.com/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 3271

I am not able to log into my admin panels at all??

Please Help!
